You have said YES to being part of this community.

And we know how life goes...

You register for a reset session with every intention of joining. Then the meeting runs long. The inbox is calling. Something needs your attention. Or the reminder pops up and suddenly next week sounds pretty good. 😊

So this week, we're giving you a little nudge:

When that reminder pops up... just come.

Come distracted.
Come tired.
Come between meetings.
Come when you've had a great day and want to keep that energy going.

You don't need to prepare anything, and you definitely don't need to be in the "right" headspace.

Give yourself 30 minutes to step out of the momentum of your day, reconnect with yourself, and practice something that supports your nervous system in real life.

This week's Glial Reset Sessions:

Setting an Intention Reset with Beverly 10am Pacific
A guided pause for reflection, nervous system practice, and setting an intention you can actually carry into your week.

Mindfulness Reset with Vanessa 11am Pacific
A chance to settle in, reconnect, and practice presence.

Movement Reset with Maddy 11:30am Pacific
Simple movement to help you reconnect with your body and shift your energy.

Integration Reset with Beverly 11am Pacific
Practical ways to incorporate reset practices in your everyday.

No preparation. No pressure to perform. And no recordings.

Just 30 minutes for you.

You already joined the community. This week, come experience it. 💛
